The design of a new plastic product can take years before the final product ends up on a store shelf. We have accompanied many of our customers along the entire life cycle of their products, from product planning to the finished product, each time increasing our already extensive knowledge of material properties, product ergonomics and functionality, appealing design and the importance of packaging.

Many of the products that we manufacture are used for food preparation and so we have a thorough knowledge of the structural and temperature properties of the materials in use. There are three key factors for mass production of plastic components – delivery time, quality and price. We trust in our automated production lines and motivated and quality-conscious personnel to counter any delivery or quality related queries. Our reasonable pricing policy is directly attributable to our good relationships with our raw material suppliers and our independent production facilities in Kontiolahti, Northern Karelia. We have been involved in contract manufacturing for more than 19 years.

Test runs
TEST RUNS OF MOULDS AND RAW MATERIALS
As a small, family-owned business, we have the flexibility and capacity to quickly execute prototypes and test runs of products as a partner in the initial phases of product design. We are also driven to solve production problems and seek out the optimal solution for your product in terms of the material choice and production method. We carry out test runs with both natural fibre composites and basic plastics as well as new materials on a regular basis. Furthermore, our injection moulding machine stock enables manufacturing and test runs of products of greatly diverging sizes.
